* All products from us are toys & airsoft use only. *

* We only sell legal airsoft toys which is under 1.9 joules. (More Information from Hong Kong Police Force) *

* Please be safe use of air guns and must be follow the local law requirement for all airsoft use. *

* Please note that customers need to bear and no refund appliable for the issues caused by the Customs Office, Post Office and all tailors made orders. *

* Rainbow 8 reserves the right to make the final decision regarding any dispute over the right of decision *

* All terms/conditions are in Chinese and English, for content definition/interpretation/interpretation, Chinese shall prevail *

* All special handling requirement, it may contain handling charge. Please email contact with us for more detail. *

 

All International orders will be shipped via HongKong Post / USPS / UPS, depending on selected available options. An email will be sent to you once your package has been shipped.  After your package has shipped, delivery is typically within 4-14 business days; however it can take up to 6 weeks. International mail is affected by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to customs delays, long distances, & foreign holidays. 

*Please be patient & understand that international packages may take several weeks to arrive. 

For international orders, please be mindful of your own country's customs regulations, as we cannot & will not be held responsible for any taxes, fees, loss or damage resulting from your package's processing through that system. Please keep in mind that international mail may be held for up to 4 weeks in customs. Depending on the laws & regulations of your country of residence, you might have to pay additional customs fees or taxes in order to you receive your package.


LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES
In the case of a lost package, please contact your local post office for assistance. we will not responsible for lost or damaged packages after they have been shipped. (Depends on Circumstances, Negotiable)


ORDER RULES
1. After the order is established and the payment process is completed (any payment method in Rainbow 8), the customer cannot cancel the order.

2. After the order is established and the payment process is completed (any payment method in Rainbow 8), if the customer wants to change the order content (the price difference shall be higher), the restocking fee and payment transaction tool service fee shall be paid:
- Add new products for established and paid orders: no restocking fees and payment transaction service fees are involved
- Change the product content of the order for an established OR paid order (eg: cancel a single or multiple products in the order): The customer is required to pay 20% of the total order amount for replenishment and payment transaction service fees (up to a maximum of 60% of the order amount) or product price difference, whichever is higher.

3. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the items are correct when placing an order. Please ensure that the purchased items are correct before placing an order.

4. Any items that have already been shipped cannot be changed or cancelled.


RETURN ARRANGEMENT (Related shipping charges will not be refunded, and buyers are responsible for return shipping charges)
For return application, Rainbow 8 will only make arrangements based on the following conditions:
- The goods are batch quality problems
- The product is a safety issue
- The goods are other problems in the production/manufacturing process

1. If customers apply for return, please ensure that your goods must be unused, open or change the inner and outer envelopes of the original packaging, and keep the goods in the same state as when you received them.

2. All used or unpacked items are not accepted for return.

3. All dangerous goods, flammable liquid or gas products are not accepted for return.

4. For refund arrangements, please email (rainbow8.services@gmail.com) with the reason for requesting a refund.

2. No refunds will be accepted for any used or unpacked items.

EXCHANGE ARRANGEMENTS (If applicable, the relevant shipping charges will not be refunded, and the buyer shall bear the return shipping charges)
1. If you need to arrange an exchange, please contact by email (rainbow8.services@gmail.com) and explain the reason for the exchange. Rainbow 8 will follow up according to different situations.

2. After receiving the customer's email, we will provide the return arrangement and ask the customer to send the relevant goods/damages back. (For return shipping, please use paid Hong Kong Post or SF Express.)

3. When the relevant parts are recovered, we will arrange to return the relevant damaged parts to the supplier (if applicable) to check whether it is a quality problem or other human factors.

4. If it is confirmed by the supplier that it is a quality problem, we will contact the customer and arrange to send back new items.

5. If it is confirmed by the supplier that it is a human factor, we will contact the customer and arrange to send the damaged part back to the customer, and the freight will be paid by the customer.

6. If the wrong part is distributed, we will provide a return arrangement and ask the customer to send the wrong item/s back. (For returning the wrong item/s, please use the paid Hong Kong Post or SF Express.), Rainbow 8 will arrange to send the new piece back to the customer, and Rainbow 8 will be responsible for the shipping cost related to the wrong piece.

SHIPPING REFUND
1. Delivery delay:
Rainbow 8 will not be responsible for all delay compensation except the freight company is responsible for compensation. For details, please check the relevant transportation agency website.

2. Undeliverable:
If the delivery address information provided is incorrect/incomplete, resulting in undeliverable goods, all related shipping costs will be charged by Rainbow 8 and will not be returned. If additional shipping costs are involved, the recipient must pay for such shipping costs.

3. Customs clearance or tax payment (all subject to the recipient's local laws or tax regulations)
As some regions/countries may need to pay VAT upon entry of goods and tax upon delivery, when the customer is required to pay import tax due to the local agency/government, the customer is responsible for completing the entire delivery process.

If the customer refuses to pay tax and the order is returned, the customer is responsible for the return shipping and other related costs. If the customer requests to ship the goods again, all related shipping costs must be paid by the customer, and Rainbow 8 will not make a refund in this case.

Depending on the recipient's local customs or tax requirements, if the consignee refuses to clear customs or pay taxes, all relevant shipping costs will be charged by Rainbow 8 and will not be returned. If additional shipping costs are involved, the recipient must pay the shipping costs.

Airsoft Guns ship to USA / ITALY / GERMANY will be temporary disable.

As there are high risk for parcel block / return by destination custom, therefore we will temporary disable to ship complete airsoft gun to above mentioned countries, but we can ship all parts & accessories including spare magazine.

Above All Countries & , if Checkout any Airsoft gun and completed Payment , we will Hold on your order without notice, until you may communicate with us via Register on our website e-mail address. We will response your email.


Tracking Mail / Parcel information : 

You can track and trace your mail / parcel current delivery status online at Hong Kong Post website. Furthermore, you will able to get an additional tracking info at destination country's post website by its arrival.

There are common reason for non-received parcel:
1.) Unsuccessfully delivery, Parcel will be keep at post office for certain period of time, when unsuccessful delivery, it may happen for incorrect address / unclaimed parcel. 

2.) Pending for local custom inspection. 

3.) Pending for VAT / import tax payment to get parcel released. 

If you did not receive mail / parcel at certain days that you may concern, you could contact local post office for more information or you could ask for air-way bill from us for supporting document.

You can open an investigation case for over 21 days since you did not receive mail/parcel that we shipped to you. (please ask for air-way bill to fill the online enquiry form)

FAQ

WHEN WILL I GET MY ORDER?
Orders usually ship out within 2-5 business days. During the busy public holiday season / weekend it may take longer to process orders. You'll get an email with the tracking number once your order ships.


WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED IF THERE IS AN ITEM OUT OF STOCK?
Usually, we will Not ship out your order without your confirmation when there is an item(s) out of stock at your order, we will contact you by email for detail and we are looking forward for your reply, Moreover, if we did not hear from you by 3 Business day, we will ship your order and refund out of stock item(s).

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
Once your order has shipped, you'll get an email with a tracking no. to the tracking link. (17 Track)
You can also track it in local post website, if the tracking info. appear, it means that parcel is arrived your countries.

CAN I MAKE CHANGES TO MY ORDER?
If you need to make any changes or cancel your order, please contact us immediately. Our warehouse often processes orders within a couple of hours. If we have already processed your order, we will be unable to make any changes or cancellations. Once an order has shipped, we cannot make any changes.
